What up gouls and goblins?
It’s that time of year again. The scariest of the year. One that makes my blood run cold and my other fluids run hot. That’s right… Daylight Savings Time. Fall back… into hell.
Everyone loves the fall back, but I hate it. No reasons, I just do.
In other news, the show today is packed with a bunch of cool stuff and ends off with a campy surfin’ halloween song so that’s something. As well, some of the song titles are scary or something, but not really on purpose.
Going to see the Wooden Shjips tonight at Cafe 9 here in New Haven, so if you’re in the area and want to check them out with me, come on down. I haven’t been to Cafe 9 yet and that’s a shame. It takes a lot of work to follow the local music scene here in New Haven because it’s very scattered. Every few months a few good shows popup, but sifting through the not-so-awesome-shows-I’m-sorry-to-those-bands-but-seriously-come-on events makes me tired, so I give up and then I find out a missed something awesome. I hate that.
But not tonight, so hooray. Also, bite me DLST.
