I hope this podcast finds you well.
Me? I’ve been in a funk of weather related apathy which is drastically hurting both my energy level and creativity. The one bonus is that music seems to get me out of that funk, but it’s gotta be a mixture to match the season and the changing temperatures. All happy, pop or dancey music and I’m overstimulated and I can’t sleep and I get edgy. Too much slow, folky, angsty music and I get under-stimulated, fall asleep at 6:30pm and become a wretched troll like creature.
