Holy Frijoles, have I got a good one on today…
Resurrected some old favourites (QUASI) and brought out some great new bands as well, so I guess it’s just another typical BCOL!
It’s always nice to go back and find bands that might have grabbed your attention really heavily for a while, but then slipped away. Then WHAMO! (no trademark needed, I hope). There they are. Back on a random play or shuffle or falling off the CD rack! The CAT brought out QUASI! Higgins has good taste.
Other than that, I hope everyone is done with celebrating their nationalism in North America. Now it’s just BBQ and fireworks for the sake of meat and lighting stuff on fire… freedom is awesome.
